Chill vibes and a trapper style is not all an Atlanta rapper needs. Killnas makes it look easy with his low rage voice and seamlessly effortless bars.
With the recently drop of his SoundCloud track “Hold Up,” we linked up with the young artist to learn more about him and his music journey.
“When you start making music?”
Been making music since 9-12 but started to release music in late summer of 2018
“What’s a goal you have with your music?”
I really see myself going the distance with music and creating a power house brand, business wise, such as people like Diddy, Jay-Z, coach K&P of QC, etc. I don’t just wanna limit myself to just music.
“What is your favorite part of the music process?”
My favorite part of the music process is to actually make it in the studio. it’s just you and the mic, all the problems of the world just fade away, and your able to express and relief yourself
What inspired you to write your latest track “Hold Up”?
What inspired this track was that a lot of people I’ve known for a long time turned there back on me and I had to just hold up and take a step back and separate myself.
Killnas is known for his trapper melodic vibe and you could easy say he’s 1 out of 100, but that’s were you’re wrong. Killnas doesn’t post up in his songs to rep and cap what he doesn’t stand for. Most of his tracks are genuine feelings and experiences that anyone can relate with.
His talents and work ethic are sure to bring him wins on top of win in 2021, So make sure to keep an eye out for him.
Killnas is set to drop a new EP title “Looks That Kill” sometime soon, but till then stream “Hold Up” down below or check out one of our recommended tracks!
